Our factory has fully passed the GB/T19001-2016 Quality Management System, GB/T45001-2020 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, GB/4001-2016 Environmental Management System, and SY/T6276-2014 HSE Management System. Swivel lifting points are versatile tools used for lifting or maneuvering heavy loads. They are designed to rotate 360 degrees, and pivot 180 degrees. Available in various shapes and sizes, they can connect traditional cranes or provide attachment points for sliding chains as per lifting requirements.

Unlike traditional eyebolts or hooks, they rotate 360 degrees and pivot 180 degrees, providing greater flexibility and alignment during lifting tasks. Which lifting points are suitable for high-corrosion environments like marine?
Our BLT097, BLT104, and BLT103 models feature anti-corrosion bolt coatings, making them more effective in high-corrosion marine environments.

Are there suitable lifting points for confined spaces?
Yes, our BLT103 and BLT097 key eye point is specifically designed for operations in confined spaces. Its compact size and built-in locking plate allow for easy and tool-free installation.
How quick can metric or UNC threaded lifting points be shipped?
Both metric and UNC threaded lifting points are in stock and can be shipped within 1–3 days. Customized threaded lifting points may require 3–15 days for delivery. For bulk orders, please contact our service team for confirmation.
What happens if I apply impact loads to a lifting point?
Devices subjected to impact loads must be taken out of service, as they may sustain permanent damage. A qualified inspector should examine the lifting point to determine whether it should be replaced or can be reused.
What is the min/max operating temperature for lifting points?
The mechanical properties of alloy steel are affected by temperature changes. We do not recommend using lifting points outside the range of -20°C to +200°C. Load capacity and strength factors are based on normal room temperature performance. At temperatures exceeding 200°C, short-term tensile creep and stress relaxation are affected, and extreme temperatures may impact ductility, impact strength, and fatigue life.
